EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Miller E. Quintin Jr. is a graduate of Baguio Colleges Foundation (now University of the Cordilleras) where he earned a degree in law. When he was a law student from 1999 to 2003, he was at the same time the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairman and a barangay kagawad of Poblacion. He passed the Philippine Bar Examinations in 2003 on his first take.
Prior to law school he also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Benguet State Univerity. As a student he earned accolades as an outstanding student in both academics and actual clinical practice for three consecutive years. He was a SEGEAP scholar for the duration of his nursing school days. In his fourth year, he was the president of the student body organization for the College of Nursing. The College of Nursing also presented to him a leadership award upon his graduation.
After graduating from Nursing in 1996, Quintin enrolled in graduates studies in educational administration at Benguet Stae University where he earned 30 masteral units. Alas, he was not able to continue and finish his degree as he was called to study law in 1999.
As a high school student in San Jose HS in La Trinidad, Benguet, Quintin was a consistent honor student and graduated salutatorian in 1992. He received the Gerry Roxas Leadership award, the school leadership award and the CAT leadership award.
He finished his elementary education from La Trinidad Central School where he was also a consistent honor student. He graduated at the top of his class in 1988.
